What You'll Do:
- E-Learning Rockstar: Design and develop awesome e-learning modules using industry-leading tools like Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate. 💻✨
- Training Support: Lend a hand with the design and delivery of both in-person and virtual training sessions. 🧑🏫💻
- Logistics Guru: Assist with training coordination, preparing materials, and managing all the nitty-gritty logistics. 🗓️📦
- Content Creator Extraordinaire: Craft engaging communications, including newsletters, case studies, and eye-catching social media posts. ✍️📢
- Recruitment Ace: Support our recruitment efforts, from managing interview progress to assisting with our apprenticeship program on the Gov website. 🤝📝
- CPD Champion: Help manage our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) approved courses and handle certification submissions. ✅🎓
- AI & Creative Tool Master: Leverage AI and your creative flair using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Synthesia to develop impactful materials. 🎨🎬
- Explorer: Travel to OpenView sites as needed, including occasional overnight stays. 🌍🏨

Key responsibilities
- Design and develop e-learning modules and training materials using creative tools.
- Support the design, delivery, and coordination of classroom and virtual training programs.
- Create engaging communications, including newsletters, case studies, and social media posts.
- Assist with recruitment administration and management of apprenticeship platforms.
- Support the management of CPD approved courses and certification submissions.
Entry requirements
GCSE in: (English (grade C/4), Maths (grade C/4))
