What you'll be doing:
We're looking for someone awesome to join our crew and keep our cutting-edge welding equipment in top shape. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes:
- π οΈ Repair Master: Dive into fixing Fronius welding gear β think inverters, torches, hose packs, and even automated systems.
- π Customer Hero: Be the go-to person for customer support, troubleshooting their welding challenges.
- β Service & Calibration Guru: Perform essential services and calibrations to keep our equipment running perfectly.
- π§ͺ Quality Checker: Conduct safety tests and weld tests after every repair and service.
- π‘ Innovation Supporter: Help introduce new products, systems, and processes to the market.
- π§ Problem Solver: Provide email and phone support for all your technical and welding questions.
- π€ Sales Sidekick: Offer presales and after-sales support to our sales team and customers.
- π€ Demo Buddy: Support our application demonstrators who showcase our amazing welding equipment.
- π Event Enthusiast: Lend a hand at exciting events like trade fairs and seminars.
- π¦ Stock Keeper: Assist with keeping our stock under control.

Key responsibilities
- Repair of Fronius welding equipment
- Provide support to customers and troubleshooting
- Provide Service and Calibration of welding equipment
- Provide technical support for new product/system/process introduction
- Provide email and telephone support for technical and welding queries
Entry requirements
GCSE in: (English (grade 3/D), maths (grade 4/C))
