  • Nurturing Growth: Support each child's unique learning journey, spotting their individual needs (including those needing extra help or learning English!) and helping them thrive. 🌟
  • Observing & Documenting: Keep track of our little stars' progress using our cool online platform, Tapestry. ✍️
  • Building Confidence: Foster personal, social, emotional, and physical development, helping kids build essential life skills and positive behaviours. 🤗
  • Keeping Everyone Safe: Champion the welfare of every child, ensuring our setting is a secure, clean, and stimulating space for all. Your keen eye will help us maintain top-notch safety and confidentiality standards. 🛡️
  • Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate with parents and carers, building strong relationships and sharing updates on their child's development. 🤝

Key responsibilities

  • Support children’s learning and development through purposeful play and activities.
  • Observe, assess, and monitor children’s progress, maintaining accurate records.
  • Promote and safeguard the welfare of all children within the setting.
  • Adhere to all safeguarding, child protection, health and safety, and confidentiality policies.
  • Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with parents and carers.
