• Contributing to observations and keeping learning records for our little stars. 📝
• Supporting children through their daily routines, fun activities, and smooth transitions. 🔄
• Championing positive behaviour and ensuring every child feels happy and secure. 😊
• Collaborating closely with your awesome colleagues and supportive parents. 🤝

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children is a bonus, but a genuine love for working with kids is what really counts! ❤️
• A strong commitment to successfully completing your Level 3 qualification. 📚
• A burning passion for early years education and fostering young minds. 🔥
• A fantastic team player with a naturally nurturing and caring approach. 🤗
• An understanding of safeguarding principles (we'll provide comprehensive training!). 🛡️
