Warehouse/trade Counter Apprentice - March Branch

What you'll be doing:

• Picking and Packing: Get products ready to fly out the door to our awesome customers. 🚀
• Trade Counter & Phone Sales: Be the friendly face (and voice!) of our business, assisting customers with their sales needs. 🗣️
• Customer Communication: Connect with customers, both in person and over the phone, making sure they have a great experience. 👋
• Stock Control & Dispatch: Keep our inventory on point and ensure smooth dispatch operations. 🚚
• Goods Receiving: Take in new deliveries and handle the basic admin that comes with it. 📬
• Product Knowledge: Learn the ins and outs of our products and become a mini-expert! 🧠
• Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders from start to finish. ✅
• Supplier & Manufacturer Liaison: Chat with our suppliers and manufacturers to keep things running smoothly. 🤝
• Store Upkeep: Help maintain a clean and organised store environment. ✨
• And more! You'll take on other duties as needed by your supervisor or manager. 🌟

Key responsibilities

• Picking and Packing of products ready for customers despatch
• Dealing with customer sales at the trade counter and via telephone.
• Communicating with internal and external customers face to face and via telephone
• Dealing with stock control and dispatch
• Taking delivery of goods involving basic administration
