What you'll be doing:

• Processing prescription requests from other Northwood branches 📦
• Dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently 🧑‍⚕️
• Using our dispensary and stores computer systems to create stock lists and labels 💻
• Helping to manage and maintain healthy stock levels in the dispensary 📈
• Ordering essential items for various departments 🛒
• Receiving, loading, and unloading goods from wholesalers, manufacturers, and other suppliers 🚚
• Answering questions about medicine supply and availability ❓
• Responding to routine phone and face-to-face enquiries from patients, their representatives, and the public 🗣️
• Directing more complex queries to the appropriate pharmacist or pharmacy technician 🤝
• Pre-packing, assembling, and labelling medicines with precision ✅
• Ensuring all health and safety requirements are met to maintain a safe working environment 🛡️
