Early Years Practitioner 🚀

What you'll be doing day-to-day:

• Be the fun guide for our little ones (ages 2-4) by supporting and leading awesome educational games and activities! 🎨
• Get the learning space looking amazing with cool resources and eye-catching displays. ✨
• Help out with exciting trips and outings that our kids will love! 🚌
• Assist with feeding and changing, ensuring our little stars are comfy and cared for. 🍼
• Observe and assess the children's learning journey, helping them unlock their potential. 🧠
• Build awesome partnerships with parents and carers, encouraging their involvement in their child's development. 🤝
• Be a safeguarding champion, keeping our children safe and following all policies. ✅
• Keep our environment sparkling clean and super safe. 🧼
• Jump in, play alongside the children, and have quality interactions to boost their communication and language skills! 🗣️
