You'll be working with experienced pros, getting hands-on experience helping our residents with everything from personal care and getting around, to meals, fun activities, and just being there for them. 💖

What you'll be doing:
- Helping residents with personal care, always making sure they feel respected, have their privacy, and can stay independent. ✨
- Assisting with daily life: meals, drinks, moving around, and joining in on activities they love! 🥳
- Getting to know each resident like the individuals they are, providing care that's tailored to *their* needs, choices, and preferences. 🌟
- Teaming up with our amazing carers, senior carers, and the whole crew to give safe and consistent care. ✅
- Following care plans and risk assessments, and flagging any changes or concerns to a senior team member. 📣
- Keeping care records spot-on and making sure important info is shared during handovers. 🗣️
- Supporting residents' emotional wellbeing – offering a listening ear, companionship, and a friendly smile. 😊
- Following all the rules on safeguarding, infection control, health & safety, and moving and handling. 🛡️
- Attending training and working towards your Level 2 Adult Care Worker qualification. 🎓
- Treating residents, their families, and colleagues with kindness, respect, and compassion, always. ❤️
Key responsibilities
- Support residents with their day-to-day needs, including personal care, mobility, meals, activities and emotional support
- Complete care documentation accurately and ensure important information is passed on during handovers
- Follow individual care plans and risk assessments, reporting any changes or concerns to a senior member of staff
- Work alongside carers, senior carers and the wider team to provide safe and consistent person-centred care
- Follow safeguarding, infection control, health and safety and moving and handling procedures
