We're looking for a driven Business Administration Apprentice to join our dynamic operations office! 🚀 This is your chance to earn while you learn, developing essential administration and customer service skills that will set you up for success.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting our Contracts, Building, and Installation teams.
  • Managing customer contracts from start to finish – think data entry, updates, and keeping documents organised. 📂
  • Helping with crucial approvals by gathering info and processing applications.
  • Chatting with customers, installers, and our internal teams to keep projects on track and sort out any questions. 💬
  • Keeping our records, spreadsheets, and reports super accurate. 📊
  • Handling project paperwork like guarantees and payments.
  • Providing general office support – filing, scanning, you name it!

You'll Also Be:

  • Completing a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship with our amazing education partner, earning a recognised qualification. 🎓
  • Gaining a real understanding of how a successful business operates.
