What we're looking for:
- Must be 18+: Due to the nature of our kitchen operations and equipment, this role requires you to be 18 years or older. 🔞
- A hunger to learn and a passion for food! 😋
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to work hard. 💪
- No prior experience needed – we'll train you to be a pro! 🚀
Your Apprenticeship Journey:
You’ll be working full-time as part of our kitchen family, earning as you learn towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months. This is a work-based program, so no boring college lectures! You’ll have your own dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach for support and guidance, plus a mentor right here in the kitchen. You'll also gain essential Functional Skills in English and Maths if you need them. 💯

Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present food to brand standard.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen and back of house areas.
- Participate in all in-house training and complete assigned learning modules.
- Adhere to brand standards, licencing laws, and company policies and procedures.
- Communicate openly with the team to ensure the delivery of outstanding food and service.
