Your Apprenticeship Journey:

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
• Organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts.
• Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, dealing with issues quickly and safely.
• Lead front of house teams and ensure a 5-star customer experience.
