Your apprenticeship journey includes:
- No college visits needed! Your apprenticeship is 100% work-based. Expect face-to-face sessions and regular remote check-ins (every 6 weeks) with your dedicated Lifetime Learner Coach. Plus, you'll have an in-work mentor for daily support. 🧑🏫
- Gain essential Functional Skills in English and Maths, with personalized support if you don't have your GCSEs (or equivalent). 📚
- Regular reviews (every 12 weeks) with you, your manager, and your Learner Coach to share feedback and celebrate progress. ✅

Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship - Food and Beverage Service L2 (including Functional Skills in Maths and English)
Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
- Be the insider behind the bar, offering recommendations to customers.
- Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
- Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after our customers whilst they dine with us.
- Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
