What You'll Be Doing:
- Delivering Amazing Care π
- Helping residents with personal care, daily routines, and staying independent, all based on their unique plans.

- Assisting experienced staff with observations, planning, and keeping digital care records sharp.
- Encouraging residents' physical activity and overall happiness.

- Following company policies, procedures, and legal requirements like a boss.
- Upholding safeguarding procedures and the Duty of Candour.
- Keeping all care records accurate, person-centred, and up to the standard.
- Reporting accidents and incidents promptly to keep everyone safe.
- Completing all mandatory training on time. β°
- Staying in the loop with the latest Barchester policies.
