About the Gig: 🌟
This is a wicked opportunity for a recent grad at our York Delivery Centre. You'll be joining a squad of other Analysts and get to dive into loads of different areas:
- Client Missions: Be part of a Finyx team working on exciting digital, data, and tech projects for our clients. 🤝
- Sales Support: Help us spot new opportunities and put together winning proposals. 📈
- Service Line Glow-Up: Contribute to creating the materials that help us shine and deliver our consulting services. ✨
- Internal Hustle: Help Finyx grow by improving our own processes and championing our CSR and Inclusion, Diversity, and Equality (I,D&E) goals. 🌱
We're looking for someone flexible and energetic who's ready to grow and gain experience across the board. If you're curious and always looking to level up, you're already halfway there! To absolutely smash it in this role, you'll bring:
- Around 1 year of experience in a similar gig. 🗓️
- A serious passion for all things data and tech. 💻
- A knack for approaching tasks with a clear process and a data-driven mindset. 🧠
- Solid skills with the Microsoft suite (think PowerPoint, Excel, and Word). 📊
- The ability to create and deliver awesome presentations for different audiences. 🎤
- An awareness of what's happening in the tech world (like AI!). 🤖
- A basic understanding of data concepts like modelling, pipelines, and visualisation. 💡
Your Entry Ticket: 🎫
- A Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject, any grade. This could be:
- Two A-Levels in a similar subject.*
- A Level 3 apprenticeship in a similar subject.
- International Baccalaureate at Level 3 in a similar subject.
- BTEC Extended Diploma in a similar subject.
- Experience with programming languages (like Python) OR 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
\* "Similar subject" means anything directly linked to "Digital and Technology Solutions," like Level 3 digital apprenticeships, A-Level/BTEC Computer Science, IT, Networking, or Software Engineering.
*Important Note:* You can't have an existing qualification at the same or a higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject.

Key responsibilities
- Working as part of a Finyx team on digital, data & technology programmes and projects
- Assisting in the identification of potential sales opportunities and supporting the creation of bid responses
- Aiding in the creation of materials for consulting service sales and delivery
- Contributing to the ongoing growth of Finyx and improving internal processes
- Contributing to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Inclusion, Diversity and Equality (I,D&E) agendas
