  • Reviewing student work, offering encouragement, and helping them to do their best. πŸ“
  • Leading 1:1 sessions, including engaging PSHE activities to boost life skills. πŸ’‘
  • Supporting students during group sessions and collaborative activities. 🀝
  • Motivating students to stay focused, engaged, and excited about learning. πŸ”₯
  • Providing extra help for students facing challenges with learning, behaviour, or their wellbeing. ❀️
  • Building positive and professional relationships with both students and staff. 😊

Key responsibilities

  • Support teachers during lessons and classroom activities
