What you'll be doing:

• Making every customer's visit unforgettable and super memorable. 🥰
• Stepping up and supporting the management team when they're not around, solving any hiccups that pop up. 🦸
• Whipping the team into shape during busy periods, ensuring everything runs smoother than a perfectly poured pint. 🍻
• Keeping our bar area safe, legal, and spick-and-span. 🧼

Your Apprenticeship Journey:

• This is a work-based apprenticeship – no boring college classes! 📚🚫 You'll get face-to-face sessions and regular remote check-ins with your dedicated Coach.
• You'll have a mentor in the pub to guide you every step of the way. mentor 🧑‍🏫
• Gain valuable Functional Skills in English and maths (if needed) with personalised support.
• Regular reviews every 12 weeks with you, your manager, and your Coach for feedback and development. ✅
