Early Years Practitioner (Apprentice) ✨

What you'll be doing:

• Helping to build a positive and engaging atmosphere where children can develop their social, emotional, and educational skills. 🚀
• Providing essential daily care for children, including assisting with feeding, hygiene, and comfort. 🍎🧸
• Becoming a dedicated key worker for a small group of children, getting to know them individually, observing their progress, and planning exciting activities to support their learning. ✍️
• Supporting children's personal and emotional well-being, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and understood. 🤗
• Championing the safeguarding and welfare of all children, always putting their safety first. 🛡️
• Familiarising yourself with and adhering to all nursery policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of care. ✅
• Working efficiently to meet training and development goals set by your Showcase trainer. ⏱️
