• Digital Whiz: Create and update documents using Microsoft Office and our salon software like it's second nature. 💻
• Reporting Rockstar: Generate reports and manage spreadsheets using our IT systems. 📊
• Social Media Savvy: Help us create and schedule awesome content to keep our online presence poppin'! ✨
• Stock Star: Keep an eye on our supplies and lend a hand with ordering salon essentials. 📦

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional client reception and appointment management.
• Handle multi-channel communications and enquiries.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation using IT systems.
• Support social media content creation and scheduling.
• Assist with salon operational tasks, including stock and area maintenance.

Entry requirements

GCSE in: (English (grade 4 or above), Maths (grade 4 or above))
