What you'll be doing:

• Being the first point of contact for customer queries, providing top-notch support and handling admin tasks like a boss. 📞
• Becoming an expert on our awesome IT offerings – we’ll get you up to speed!
• Reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to forge new business connections. 📣
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with both new and existing clients. 🤝
• Identifying and qualifying sales leads, understanding exactly what our customers need. 🤔
• Crafting compelling quotations, proposals, and other sales documents. 📝
• Boosting our marketing efforts and helping generate new leads. ✨
• Attending valuable supplier and product training sessions to keep your knowledge sharp. 🎓
• Joining team meetings and sales development programs to grow your skills. 📈
• Assisting with bid responses and other crucial sales documentation.
• Keeping our customer information super organized and up-to-date in our CRM system. 📊
• Following up with customers on quotations, orders, and any enquiries they might have. 📧
• Proactively chasing leads generated by our marketing campaigns. 👀
• Adhering to all Concorde Technology Group processes and procedures, including our ISO 9001 and 27001 accreditations. ✅
• Maintaining an excellent understanding of all the products and services Concorde Technology Group offers.
• Keeping detailed records of all customer interactions within our internal CRM.
• Crushing your apprenticeship learning objectives and attending all required training. 🎉
• Taking on any other tasks that come your way to support the team! 💪
