- Inputting new business, making changes to existing policies, and managing renewals on our system. 💻
- Maintaining the accuracy of all records, both digital and physical. 📂
- Following our firm's standard procedures for all administrative tasks. ✅
- Putting together important documentation for our clients' policies. 📄
- Communicating with insurers, colleagues, and claims handlers. 🤝
- Helping customers with their everyday questions and needs. 😊
- Providing general office support to keep things running smoothly. 🏢
- Lending a hand to our accounts team when needed. 💰

Key responsibilities
- Handling and referring telephone and general customer enquiries
- Accurately recording all communications with insurers or customers
- Performing data entry for new business, amendments, and renewals, maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with Insurers, internal staff, and claims handlers
- Providing general office administration and supporting the accounts team
