IT Support Specialist 🚀

What you'll be doing:

• Be the go-to person for all things IT 💻 – helping staff tackle hardware and software challenges.
• Get hands-on with setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting everything from computers and laptops to printers and mobile devices. 📱
• Keep our systems up-to-date by installing and updating software, operating systems, and crucial security patches. 🛡️
• Help manage user accounts, reset passwords, and ensure everyone has the access they need. 🔑
• Lend a hand in keeping our networks, servers, and other IT infrastructure in tip-top shape. 🌐
• Master our IT helpdesk system, logging and tracking support requests like a pro. 📈
• Help us keep our IT equipment in order and maintain accurate asset records. 📊
• Be part of our cybersecurity crew, assisting with data backups and making sure we're following all the best practices. 🔒
• Become a Microsoft 365 guru, supporting colleagues with applications like Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint. 📧🤝📄
