About the role
Project Coordinator π
What you'll be doing day-to-day:
- Getting your head around the client's creative ideas and turning them into actionable tasks for the team. π‘
- Mapping out project timelines so everyone, both clients and our internal crew, hits their deadlines. ποΈ
- Working closely with our tech designers and workshop manager to make sure the final build is exactly what the client dreamt up. β¨
- Handling all the logistical puzzles β booking transport π, accommodation π¨, venue services, and contractors to ensure builds are set up and taken down like a dream.
- Managing inventory, from client supplies to company gear, in and out of storage. π¦
- Being the go-to person for our awesome partners like AV suppliers π§, graphics gurus π¨, and venue teams π’ for each project.
- Keeping communication flowing with any contractors brought in to help with builds. π£οΈ
- Getting hands-on to support on-site setup and dismantling, making sure everything runs smoothly. πͺ
- Sorting out what happens to all the built items post-event: storing them π¦, giving them a second life β»οΈ, selling them π°, or responsibly disposing of them.
Key responsibilities
- Understanding the clientβs creative vision and communicating deliverables internally.
- Developing project timelines for timely delivery by stakeholders.
- Handling the booking of logistics and managing goods in/warehousing.
- Liaising with partners and communicating with contractors.
- Supporting on-site installation/derig and arranging postproduction.
