Job Title: Project Coordinator 🚀

✅ Pre-emptive Planning & Admin: Owning the planning and administration of all project activities from start to finish.
✅ Paperwork Powerhouse: Organising all project-related documents with precision.
✅ Document Control Guru: Establishing and managing robust document control systems.
✅ Drawing & Submission Specialist: Issuing drawings and technical submissions, then tracking comments and resolving any issues that arise.
✅ RAMS Rockstar: Producing and checking Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS).
✅ O&M Manual Master: Compiling and delivering Operation & Maintenance manuals.
✅ Logistics Legend: Organising essential site logistics like accommodation, deliveries, and plant hire.
✅ Hire Report Hero: Producing and managing live hire reports.
✅ Site Paperwork Sentinel: Monitoring and issuing all necessary site documentation.
✅ Team Qualification Guardian: Ensuring site staff hold the relevant technical and Health & Safety qualifications.
✅ Procurement Pro: Managing project procurement and generating contract terms for sub-contractors.
✅ Variation Voyager: Coordinating project variations.
✅ Communication Champion: Facilitating clear communication with customers, suppliers, project managers, and site staff.
✅ Health & Safety Supporter: Contributing to the overall health and safety of the project.

Key responsibilities
- Pre-emptive planning and administration of all project activities.
