What you'll be doing day-to-day:

• Be the ultimate support system for our dentists chair-side! 🚀
• Handle the front desk like a boss: answer calls, welcome patients with a smile 😊, and sort out any questions they have.
• Manage patient payments and keep bookings running smoothly (appointments, follow-ups, the works!). 📅
• Keep our equipment super clean and ready to go – sterilization is key! 🧼
• Be the guardian of patient records, making sure everything is accurate. 📝
• Focus on making sure every patient feels comfortable and has a great dental experience. ❤️
• Maintain cleanliness of dental areas, including those comfy chairs. 🪑
• Keep our stock of supplies and equipment perfectly managed. 📦
• Pitch in with any other tasks that help our dentists and senior team provide top-notch patient care! 💪

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient and reliable chair-side support to the dental surgery
• Reception, including answering the phone and greeting patients
• Sterilising and preparing equipment for dentists
• Recording and dealing with patient records
• Managing stock of equipment and supplies
