• Processing and finalizing bank transactions – think smooth sailing for our money! 💸
• Getting hands-on with balance sheet reconciliations, spotting discrepancies, and keeping our financial records tip-top. 🧐
• Owning the finance inbox 📧, answering questions, and making sure everyone gets what they need, fast!
• Helping out with audit queries and making sure our statutory accounts are spot on. 💯
• Gaining super valuable insight into different parts of our Finance department. 📈
• Lending a hand with the monthly payroll process – keeping our team happy and paid! 🧑‍💻
• Jumping into exciting finance projects and helping us streamline how we do things. ✨
• Supporting the integration of new businesses into our finance family. 🤝

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and complete bank transactions.
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations, investigating differences and ensuring accurate records.
• Take ownership of the finance mailbox, responding to queries and ensuring requests are dealt with promptly.
• Assist with audit queries and support the posting of final statutory accounts journals.
• Assist with the monthly payroll process.
