What You'll Do:
- Production Scheduling Support:
- Assist with the day-to-day administration of production schedules. 📈
- Keep our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system up-to-date with planning information. 💻
- Help prepare important production reports. 📊
- Support the administration of work orders. 📝
- Keep an eye on any changes to the production schedule and help manage them. 🔄
- Purchasing Support:
- Assist with raising purchase orders to keep our operations running smoothly. 🛒
- Help maintain accurate supplier records. 📧
- Track supplier deliveries to ensure we have what we need, when we need it. 🚚
- Support stock replenishment processes. 📦
- Update purchasing information within the ERP system. 💡
- Business Administration:
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets to track key business information. 📄
- Maintain essential business records. 📁
- Support document control activities to keep things organized. 🗂️
- Coordinate meetings and ensure everything runs efficiently. 🤝
- Manage filing systems for easy access to information. 📂
- Provide reception and telephone support when needed – be the first point of contact! 📞
- General Support:
- Assist various departments with ad-hoc tasks as required. 🌟
- Support continuous improvement projects to help us get even better. 🌱
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all company information. 🔒
- Develop a solid understanding of our manufacturing operations. 🏭
