What you'll be doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for patients, making them feel welcome and helping with appointments. ๐Ÿค
  • Handle patient questions with professionalism and a smile. ๐Ÿ˜Š
  • Get surgeries ready for action: prepping, sterilizing instruments, and keeping everything super clean and safe (CQC standards, you know the drill!). ๐Ÿงผ
  • Be right there with the clinician during treatments, making sure everything runs smoothly and keeping patient records updated accurately (GDPR compliant, of course!). ๐Ÿ“
  • Make sure our patients feel comfortable, reassured, and have a positive dental journey. ๐Ÿฅฐ
  • Keep an eye on our supplies and equipment, making sure we've always got what we need. ๐Ÿ“ฆ
  • Maintain pristine, safe, and fully equipped clinical areas. ๐ŸŒŸ
  • Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality with the utmost integrity. ๐Ÿคซ
  • Work closely with dentists and the rest of the team to deliver outstanding care. ๐Ÿš€

Key responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians
  • Assist with patient care, including welcoming, scheduling, and handling enquiries
  • Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control standards
  • Accurately update patient records and uphold confidentiality and GDPR compliance
  • Monitor and manage stock, equipment, and maintain clean clinical areas
