Location: B&Q Crewe

Hours: Full-Time, 36.75 hours per week 🗓️

Contract: Permanent, with the opportunity to gain a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist Apprenticeship! 🎓

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be the go-to person for customers looking to bring their dream projects to life! ✨ You'll chat with customers, understand their needs, and recommend the perfect finance, products, and installation solutions. Using awesome design software, you'll create inspiring visuals that make projects pop. 💻 You'll manage multiple projects, support customers in-person and virtually, and guide them from initial ideas to final delivery. Your communication and relationship-building skills will be key as you work with colleagues and installers to deliver top-notch service. 🤝 Plus, you'll be motivated by hitting targets and turning those amazing designs into sales! 💰 You're a team player, a problem-solver, and have a great eye for design. 🎨

Shifts: Monday - Sunday, with availability between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm (exact shifts to be confirmed). ⏰
