As a Private Office Administration Apprentice, you'll get to:
- Support Deputy Directors of Communication: Become a diary ninja, expertly managing schedules for meetings, visits, and events. ποΈ
- Prep Senior Leaders: Work alongside Private Secretaries to ensure our leaders are fully ready for their commitments, mastering the art of prioritisation. π§
- Handle Travel Arrangements: Organise both domestic and international travel, finding the smartest and most efficient routes. βοΈ
- Keep our SharePoint Tidy: Maintain our team's digital hub, ensuring documents, processes, and resources are on point and easy to access. π
- Assist with Important Stuff: Get involved in risk management, corporate compliance, and directorate-wide projects as needed. β
- Help Plan Awesome Events: Contribute to making our team and directorate events, like Away Days, a massive success! π
- Be a Team Player: Support your colleagues in the Private Office to keep everything running smoothly, professionally, and collaboratively. π

Key responsibilities
