What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing essential physical care and support tailored to each resident’s unique care plan, always upholding their dignity and preferences. 🤝
• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and feeding. 🧼🍎
• Administering medication safely and responsibly, following all training and company policies. 💊
• Actively participating in and encouraging residents’ daily activities, hobbies, and outings. 🎨🚶‍♀️
• Upholding all company policies, procedures, and values – you're part of our amazing team! 🚀
• Building genuine, open, and considerate relationships with the people we support. 🤗

Your Apprenticeship Journey:

You'll be working towards your Adult Care Worker Level 2 apprenticeship over 15 months, combining hands-on experience with structured learning. 📈
