You'll be working towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months. This is a full-time role where you'll be supervised by experienced chefs while you train. You'll gain a nationally recognised qualification, help run our kitchens, create incredible food, and ensure our guests always get the best! 💯

Your apprenticeship includes:

  • Work-based training: No need to attend college! We deliver training through a mix of face-to-face sessions and remote check-ins with your dedicated Learner Coach every 6 weeks. 💻

Important Note: Due to the nature of this role, including the independent operation of kitchen equipment and working patterns, applicants must be 18 years or older. This is essential for ensuring a safe working environment in line with health and safety requirements and operational needs. 🛡️

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and efficiently to brand standard
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen and back of house areas with great attention to detail
  • Set up and closedown the department including stock rotation and prep and par process
  • Participate in all in-house training, e-learning and the completion of assigned learning modules
  • Always adhere to brand standards, licencing laws and all company policies and procedures
