What you'll be doing:
- Making every customer's visit epic, from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. 💯
- Becoming the ultimate bar guru, sharing your top drink recommendations. 🧑🎤
- Whipping up and serving drinks that look and taste amazing. 🤩
- Greeting guests, serving up delicious food, and ensuring everyone has a brilliant time while they dine. 🍽️

Your Apprenticeship Journey:
- Forget textbooks! Your learning is all hands-on, work-based training, with face-to-face sessions and remote catch-ups with your dedicated Learner Coach every 6 weeks. Plus, you'll have an in-house mentor for daily guidance. 🧑🏫

Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience.
- Offer recommendations to customers from behind the bar.
- Prepare and present drinks to specifications and customer expectations.
- Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after customers whilst they dine.
- Ensure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, addressing issues promptly.
