Your Apprenticeship Journey:
- No college required! Your training is 100% work-based. You'll have regular face-to-face and remote sessions with your Learner Coach and a dedicated in-house mentor. 👩🏫👨🏫
- Boost your English & Maths skills (Functional Skills) if you need them. 📚
- Regular reviews every 12 weeks with your coach and manager to keep you on track. ✅

Qualification: Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship - Food and Beverage Level 3 (includes Functional Skills in Maths & English).
Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
- Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
- Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
- Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
