As an integral part of our success, you'll be completing a Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship. Get hands-on experience in all things warehouse, from receiving and checking goods 📦 to picking and packing customer orders with precision. You'll be the master of stock management, making sure everything is in its right place and accurately logged in our systems. 🧐
What You'll Be Doing:
- Receiving and meticulously checking incoming goods for accuracy and any damage. ✅
- Booking stock into our ERP and warehouse systems – become a data wizard! 💻
- Picking and packing customer orders with lightning speed and accuracy. ⚡
- Getting orders prepped and ready for dispatch and export – we ship worldwide! ✈️
- Keeping our stock locations organised and labelled correctly. 🏷️
- Contributing to cycle counts and full stock takes – accuracy is key! 💯
- Supporting supplier deliveries and handling loading/unloading. 🚚
- Maintaining a clean, organised warehouse floor and racking system. ✨
- Following FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and batch traceability requirements. 🔄
- Assisting with returns, warranty, and quality processes. 👍
- Always ensuring health & safety compliance – your safety is our priority! ⛑️
- Tackling general admin and data entry duties. 📝
Important Info:
- This role involves working across two locations:
- 24 Longford Road Industrial Estate, Longford Road, Cannock, WS11 0DG.
- Unit 3 Morgans Business Park, WS11 9UU.
- You'll be working towards your Supply Chain Warehouse Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship.
- Maths and English functional skills may be required. 📚
- No day release! Your qualification will be completed fully within the apprentice workplace. 🏠
