What you'll be doing:
- Whipping up and presenting amazing dishes that totally nail our brand standards. Every plate served with serious pride! 💪
- Being the go-to for the kitchen crew, helping them smash their shifts and keeping things running smoothly, even when it's chaos. 💨
- Stepping up to cover the Kitchen Manager or senior chefs when they need a hand, solving problems and keeping the service flowin'. 🚀
- Making sure our kitchen is a fortress of food hygiene, health & safety, and spot-on cleanliness. 🧼
- Keeping an eye on stock, food prep, and kitchen organisation to ensure our service is always on point. 📊

Your Apprenticeship Journey:
- No boring college lectures! Your apprenticeship is all about hands-on, work-based training. You'll have face-to-face sessions and connect with your Lifetime Learner Coach online every 6 weeks. Plus, you'll have a dedicated mentor right there in the pub. 👨🏫
- We'll help you nail your Functional Skills in English and maths, with support tailored just for you (if you need it!). 📚
- Regular 12-week reviews with your Apprentice, Line Manager, and Lifetime Learner Coach to make sure you're smashing your goals. 📈

Senior Production Chef Apprenticeship Level 3 (includes Functional Skills in maths and English)
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards, ensuring every dish is served with pride.
- Support and guide the kitchen team, helping to organise service and maintain high performance during busy shifts.
- Deputise for the Kitchen Manager or senior chefs when required, helping to resolve issues and keep service running smoothly.
- Ensure all food hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
- Monitor stock levels, food preparation, and kitchen organisation to ensure efficient service.
