Your Apprenticeship Journey:
No boring college days! 🙅♀️ Our apprenticeships are 100% work-based, with face-to-face sessions and remote check-ins every 6 weeks with your dedicated Learner Coach. You'll also have a workplace mentor to guide you. Get ready to nail your Functional Skills in English and Maths (if needed!), and enjoy reviews every 12 weeks.

Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
- Offer recommendations to customers as the insider behind the bar.
- Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
- Assist in greeting, serving food and looking after customers whilst they dine.
- Ensure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, dealing with issues quickly and safely.
