What you'll be doing:

• 🚀 Assisting teachers in delivering engaging learning activities across various lessons.
• 🎤 Potentially leading whole-class sessions or stepping in to cover lessons when needed.
• 🤝 Working closely with individual students and small groups to boost their progress.
• ✍️ Helping to plan and adapt learning activities under the guidance of experienced teachers.
• 📈 Assessing and recording pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
• 💡 Delivering targeted interventions and structured learning programmes to meet specific needs.
• 👍 Managing classroom behaviour effectively, in line with our school policies.
• 📦 Preparing essential resources and supporting the smooth delivery of the curriculum.
• 🚶 Supervising pupils throughout the school, including during unstructured times.
• 🧠 Contributing to the overall lesson planning process and supporting wider school activities.
