What you'll be doing:

• Designing and leading awesome coaching programs to help kids master their physical skills and crush their PE goals. 🚀
• Understanding and supporting each child's growth – cognitively, socially, emotionally, and physically. 🧠❤️💪
• Assessing and tracking kids' skills across various sports, aligning with the National Curriculum. 📊
• Developing exciting curriculum plans that fit school schedules and focus on the "whole child." 🗓️
• Delivering top-notch, inclusive PE lessons. 🏆
• Leading and supporting fun extra-curricular activities and sports clubs. ⚽🏀
• Helping out with school games and events – be part of the action! 🎉
• Organizing and running physical activity sessions during break and lunch times. 🏃‍♂️
• Assisting pupils with other learning activities as needed. 📚
• Providing cover for PE and sports staff when they're off. 🤝
• Keeping PE equipment in tip-top shape – checking for safety, doing minor repairs, and reporting any issues. 🛠️
• Monitoring stock and supplies, keeping things organized. 📦
• Getting PE resources ready for lessons and activities. 🎒
• Implementing engaging learning activities under the guidance of teachers.
• Showing everyone how to use PE equipment safely and effectively. 👍
• Giving kids constructive feedback on their progress. 💯
• Keeping records of student progress. 📝
• Providing administrative support to teachers (typing, printing, etc.). 🖨️
• Attending meetings and contributing to planning and evaluation. 💡
• Most importantly: Safeguarding children at all times and ensuring their safety through excellent Health & Safety practices. 💖
• Supporting teachers and staff in managing pupil behaviour.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of high quality and inclusive PE lessons to pupils
• Support/lead extra-curricular activities and clubs
• To prepare PE equipment / resources / materials as required by staff
• To provide clerical and administration support to the teacher
• Safeguard children at all times and supervise pupils ensuring their safety
