What you'll be doing:
- Be the first point of contact for tech questions coming in via email, our helpdesk, and phone calls. ๐๐ง
- Keep users in the loop, updating their tech requests in our system and flagging anything that needs a higher level of expertise. โซ
- Get hands-on with setting up and looking after computers, laptops, AV gear, and all the cool peripherals. ๐ป๐ง
- Help us keep track of all our IT equipment โ think of it as being our tech detective! ๐ต๏ธโโ๏ธ
- Lend a hand in expanding our network โ think switches, cables, and making sure Wi-Fi is everywhere! ๐
- Tackle routine tasks like keeping iPads in tip-top shape, managing data backups, checking workstation health, and running antivirus scans. โ
- Install, maintain, and upgrade all our software. ๐
- Support staff and students with setting up and getting ready with their IT gear across the school. ๐ซ
- Provide awesome, customer-focused technical support and training to everyone from teachers to students. ๐ฉโ๐ซ๐งโ๐
- Help set up AV equipment for lectures, presentations, and maybe even some epic school events. ๐คโจ

Key responsibilities
- Handle frontline queries from various sources including email, helpdesk and telephone
- Install and maintain computer hardware, workstations, laptops, audio/visual equipment and peripherals
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT equipment
- Assist with the expansion of the school network infrastructure including switches, cabling and wireless network equipment
- Provide high-quality customer focused technical support and training to non-teaching and teaching staff and to pupils

GCSE in: (3 of any subject (grade 4+ (A* - C)), Maths & English (grade 3+ (D or above)))
