  • Observe & Nurture: Keep a close eye on children's progress daily, using our Footsteps system to identify and support their individual needs and development. ๐Ÿ“ˆ
  • Adventure Time: Organize exciting outings for the children, completing risk assessments to ensure everyone has a safe and memorable experience. ๐Ÿž๏ธ
  • Kitchen Fun: Lead safe and enjoyable cooking activities, with necessary risk assessments in place. ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿณ
  • Parent Partnership: Attend parent review meetings alongside the Deputy Manager, discussing the progress of children in your care. ๐Ÿค
  • Key Worker Role: Be a dedicated key worker, preparing children's records and setting targets for your group. ๐Ÿ“
  • Nursery Essentials: Assist with daily nursery tasks, including preparing snacks and cleaning equipment. ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿงผ
  • Incident Reporting: Accurately record any accidents or incidents, sharing this information with parents and the administrator. ๐Ÿšจ
  • Role Model Status: Be a positive influence, promoting healthy lifestyles and positive behaviours to all the children. โœจ
  • A Welcoming Space: Ensure the nursery environment is always clean, stimulating, and super safe. ๐Ÿ 
  • Attendance Tracking: Keep the attendance register up-to-date as children arrive. โฐ
