Join our amazing nursery team as a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice! What You'll Be Doing:

• 🌟 Supporting the awesome care, learning, and development of children, following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and our vibrant nursery curriculum.
• 🤝 Working super closely with experienced educators, your awesome room team, families, and other pros to boost your knowledge and practical skills.
• 🧠 Developing a deep understanding of child-centred approaches, keen observations, safeguarding essentials, health and safety vibes, and how to chat effectively with families and colleagues.
• 🎨 Getting hands-on experience in planning fun, engaging activities that support each child's unique journey, needs, and milestones.
• 💖 Building super positive relationships with the children, their families, and everyone in the nursery community.
• 💡 Contributing to a safe, clean, and super welcoming environment that sparks curiosity and learning!

Your Day-to-Day Might Look Like This:

• Providing top-notch care and learning experiences for the little ones. ✨
• Building brilliant connections through clear communication (written and verbal!). 💬
• Spotting children's interests and helping them reach their developmental goals. 👀
• Teaming up with experienced educators to create exciting, age-appropriate activities. 🎨
• Understanding and upholding safeguarding procedures – your vigilance is key! 🛡️
• Following health and safety rules to keep our nursery a secure and happy place. 🧼
• Supporting your room team with everything from preparing the space to making sure resources are ready to go. 🚀
• Learning how to support children who might need a little extra help and understanding referral processes. 🧑‍🏫
• Becoming a key person, nurturing special bonds with a group of children and their families. 🥰

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of high-quality care, learning and development for children.
• Build positive, professional relationships with children, parents, colleagues and other professionals.
• Support the observation, assessment and planning process for children.
• Work alongside experienced practitioners to provide engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Develop an understanding of safeguarding procedures and promptly report any concerns.
