What you'll be doing:

• Answering customer calls and capturing essential First Notification of Loss (FNOL) details. 📞📝
• Keeping claim information up-to-date and handling general administrative tasks. 💻
• Connecting with repairers, hire providers, and recovery agents. 🤝
• Keeping customers and referrers in the loop, offering clear and professional support. 🗣️✨
• Adhering to internal processes and regulatory requirements. ✅

Key responsibilities
