• Building and nurturing solid relationships with both candidates and clients – think of yourself as a networking pro! 🤝
• Spreading the word about exciting vacancies on job boards and social media 📣
• Playing matchmaker by connecting the right candidates with the right opportunities 💖
• Supporting our seasoned consultants throughout the entire recruitment journey 🚀
• Scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews like a boss 🗓️
• Getting candidates prepped and ready for interviews, and giving them honest feedback afterwards 👍
• Keeping our candidate database (CRM) fresh and up-to-date with all the deets 💻
• Helping with business development and spotting potential new clients – your ideas matter! 💡
• Making outbound calls to chat with candidates and potential clients 📞
• Assisting clients with their hiring needs – you'll be their recruitment guru! 🧑‍💼
• Working towards individual and team goals – let's crush them together! 🏆
• Becoming a whizz in the construction industry and the recruitment market 🏗️
• Completing your Recruitment Consultant Level 3 Apprenticeship alongside this amazing role! 🎓
