What You'll Do:

  • Office Operations Guru 🌟: Be the first point of contact! Handle phone calls, emails, and general correspondence. You'll also be the go-to for setting up new tech like laptops and phones with our IT crew. Keep our workspace looking sharp and stocked with essentials – yes, that includes milk and coffee! ☕
  • Data Detective 🕵️‍♀️: Help with filing, scanning, and archiving important documents. You'll maintain accurate records and databases, always keeping confidentiality top-notch. Get ready to help prepare and distribute reports and meeting minutes.
  • Master Scheduler 🗓️: Juggling meetings, appointments, and conferences? We'll need your help to keep everything on track. You'll also manage incoming and outgoing deliveries and mail.
  • Communication Champion 🗣️: Answer calls and emails with professionalism, providing information or directing inquiries. You'll assist in handling customer questions and ensuring they receive top-tier service. Help with internal and external communications and support the wider team. Oh, and brewing tea and coffee for senior managers is part of the gig to ensure a seamless office flow!
