IT Support Technician 💻✨

Ready to dive into the tech world? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our IT Support team! You'll be the go-to person for keeping our clients' technology running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

  • Log and manage incoming support tickets on our helpdesk system. 🎟️
  • Perform routine, planned, and reactive maintenance on IT equipment and peripherals. 🛠️
  • Handle hardware and software repairs in our workshop. 🔧
  • Document and report on network configurations. 📊
  • Diagnose and resolve IT equipment faults. 🤔
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior staff for speedy resolution. 🚀
  • Install software and hardware, including updating drivers and antivirus. 💾
  • Provide clear progress updates to users on their support requests. 🗣️
  • Support server operating systems, desktops, and Microsoft 365. ☁️
  • Attend training to boost your ICT knowledge. 📚
  • Contribute to small local projects and assist with larger ones. 🏗️
  • Uphold strict confidentiality of all customer information. 🤫
  • Ensure compliance with Data Protection Legislation. ✅
