- Know Our Game Plan: ๐ง Become an expert on all our company's operational policies and procedures, ensuring they are respected and followed by everyone.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: ๐ Be fully up-to-date with the "Early Years Foundation Stage" requirements and strive to not just meet, but exceed them in your daily practice.
- Be a Planning Pro: ๐ Actively participate in planning engaging activities, observing children's progress, and maintaining development records as directed by your supervisor and Nursery Manager.
- Follow the Flow: โ Adhere to all routines, duties, timetables, rotas, record-keeping, and any other reasonable tasks assigned by your supervisor or Nursery Manager.
- Communicate with Kindness: ๐ Engage with children, parents, and colleagues in a polite and courteous manner at all times.
- Be a Key Person Extraordinaire: ๐ Take on the role of a dedicated key person for assigned children, and embrace other responsibilities as advised, utilizing your skills and experience.
- Confidentiality is Key: ๐คซ Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality regarding children, families, staff, and all operational matters.
- Embrace Learning & Growth: ๐ฑ Participate in and complete company training courses, which may sometimes be scheduled outside of normal working hours.
- Attend Essential Sessions: ๐๏ธ Be present for all mandatory training sessions, workshops, staff meetings, professional development events, and any other gatherings requested by your Nursery Manager.
- Flexibility & Teamwork: ๐ช Be willing to undertake any other reasonable additional duties as requested by your supervisor and/or Nursery Manager.
