• Focus on making sure patients feel comfortable, reassured, and have a great overall dental visit. 👍
• Keep an eye on stock, equipment, and make sure surgeries are always good to go. 📦
• Maintain clean, safe, and fully equipped clinical areas – a healthy environment for everyone! 🌿

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians while ensuring high standards of patient care.
• Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control to CQC standards.
• Welcome patients, assist with appointment scheduling, and handle basic patient enquiries.
• Assist clinicians during treatments, accurately update patient records, and uphold patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Monitor and manage stock and equipment, and maintain clean, safe, and fully equipped clinical areas.
