- Mastering surgery prep, making sure all instruments are sparkling clean ๐งผ and infection control is on point (hello, CQC standards! โ ).
- Being there for patients, offering comfort and reassurance to make their dental journey a breeze. ๐ค
- Keeping our stock and equipment topped up and ready for action. ๐ ๏ธ
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and fully equipped clinical space. ๐

Key responsibilities
- Provide efficient and reliable chairside support to clinicians.
- Prepare surgeries, sterilise instruments, and maintain infection control.
- Assist clinicians during treatments and accurately update patient records.
- Welcome patients, assist with appointment scheduling, and handle basic enquiries.
- Monitor and manage stock, equipment, and maintain clean clinical areas.
