What you'll be doing:
- Keeping employee records and our HR systems super accurate 🗂️
- Helping new hires feel welcome with onboarding and induction support 👋
- Assisting in the creation of contracts, letters, and essential HR paperwork 📝
- Being the first point of contact for our shared HR inbox, tackling straightforward questions 📧
- Gathering key info for payroll, including new starters, leavers, and holiday/absence tracking 🗓️
- Supporting the entire lifecycle of onboarding, probation, and leaver processes ✨
- Helping the HR Team prep all contractual documents for employment changes 📄
- Maintaining accurate absence and holiday records 🏖️
- Providing administrative backup for Employee Relations (ER) cases, like taking notes and setting up meetings 🤝
- Preparing documents for investigations and disciplinary/grievance procedures (with guidance) ⚖️
- Jumping in on HR projects like engagement surveys, focus groups, and policy updates 🚀
- Identifying and implementing ways to make our HR processes smoother and more efficient 💡
- Conducting occasional compliance checks on our HR database and systems to ensure everything is in order ✅
