Key responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support to individuals, promoting independence, choice, and emotional wellbeing, including daily living activities and community access.
  • Support individuals to engage in meaningful activities, education, or employment opportunities, promoting dignity and safeguarding.
  • Accurately complete daily records and documentation using digital systems, and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Work positively with colleagues and follow policies, procedures, and mandatory training requirements, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Build positive, professional relationships with individuals, families, and professionals, and participate in supervision, training, and ongoing learning.
